Our restaurant

When the Atlantic meets Moroccan cuisine.

Atlantic fish, garden produce and local suppliers, argan oil, preserved lemon, wood-fired cooking: a generous, honest and unpretentious menu. Made for long lunches, whole fish to share and evenings overlooking the ocean. Open to Amanblu residents as well as casual visitors.

The kitchen

From the coast. From the garden. From the fire.

Whole fish cooked over a wood fire, fish marinated in argan oil, seafood, tagines, garden vegetables and large sharing dishes: a vibrant menu that follows the catch, the season and the very best the region has to offer.

It is signed by Chef Hakim EL FADILI.
