Booking terms and conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These terms and conditions govern stay requests and bookings with AMANBLU. They must be read before any confirmation, together with the Cancellation policy, which forms an integral part of it.

Enquiry and confirmation

An availability request does not constitute a booking. A booking only becomes final upon written confirmation from AMANBLU and receipt of the deposit.

Rates and taxes

Prices, included services, applicable taxes and any additional charges are indicated prior to confirmation of the booking. Any service not included in the written confirmation is billed separately if accepted by the customer.

Deposit and balance

The deposit is 30 % of the total price, rising to 100 % during the festive period, from 17 December to 4 January.

The balance is due no later than 30 days before your arrival. If you book within 30 days, the full amount is due upon booking.

Your booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit has been cleared and you have received our confirmation by email.

Why 30 %. It is more than standard practice, and it is deliberate. We do not keep your card details: if a late cancellation left us out of pocket, we would have to ask you for the money. We prefer to refund what is due to you rather than having to ask you for what remains owed to us. A refund is issued the same day.

You can pay in euros or dirhams. The exchange rate is fixed on the day of your booking, and this same rate applies to your balance as well as to any refunds.

What is not understood

The local tourist tax and tourism promotion levy, payable on site at the statutory rate in force. Transfers, unless otherwise stated. Any insurance.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, as well as insurance covering water sports activities.

Stay

The customer is responsible for the information provided at the time of booking and agrees to comply with the internal regulations, safety rules and schedule communicated prior to arrival. Arrival is from 3 pm, departure by 11 am.

Groups and professionals

Any reservation for four or more bungalows, as well as any booking by a tourism professional, is subject to a separate contract: a 50 % deposit upon signing, the balance due 60 days prior, and free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival only.

Changes and cancellation

The modification, cancellation and refund rules are detailed in the Cancellation policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Complaints

Any complaint must be sent to contact@amanblu.com as soon as possible, along with the information required for its review.

These conditions are provisional. They will be replaced by our General Conditions of Sale as soon as they are published. Bookings confirmed under these conditions will remain governed by them.

["post-25","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry

Conditions
